Sales Representative

Sales Representative Job Duties:

  1. Build customer trust and build rapport to offer and sell the products and services the customer’s needs.
  2. Listening skills to understand the client’s needs.
  3. Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing residential and commercial deals.
  4. Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
  5. Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
  6. Get potential customers excited about our company and encourage them to spread the word.
  7. Become an expert in your market area, know the customer needs.
  8. Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in sales.
  2. Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
  3. IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
  4. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  5. Strong verbal and written communications.
  6. Good presentation and public speaking skills.
  7. Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
  8. Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  9. Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude.
